The City Manager's Recommended Budget is the all things considered result of careful scrutiny and deliberation across City staff. It is the basis for the next two month's public hearings and Council deliberations. There are several public comment opportunities.

After two months of deliberation and review, City Council votes to adopt the 2027-2028 budget. Open to public comment.

With a vote to adopt the budget by City Council, the public comment and Council deliberation period ends. This is the final public comment opportunity.
