Montava Phase E Submitted

On Aug. 19, 2022, Montava submitted their application for their second phase of development, Phase E of the Montava PUD Master Plan. Phase E is the residential portion of the proposed Town Center and includes approximately 205 single-family attached and 41 single-family detached residential units. The multi-family and mixed-use areas would be included in the overall planning for this area and would be platted as parcels for future development.

A non-potable irrigation (raw water) delivery system is also planned for the Montava development, and this phase would utilize the pond that is proposed to be designed and constructed concurrent with Phase G, currently under review.

Also included in Phase E is the tract of land that is planned for a future city recreation center which is still under discussion with the City. The recreation facility would align with the Parks and Recreation Master Plan but would also be subject to further review at the time of future development.

This project will be subject to the Basic Development Review (BDR) process. The BDR process does not include a public hearing.
