This is a request to convert an existing gas station into a barbeque restaurant. The site is directly west of S. Taft Hill Road and directly south of W. Mulberry Street. Future access will be taken from S. Taft Hill Road and W. Mulberry Street. The proposal includes 20 existing on-site parking spaces. The property is within the Low Density Mixed-Use Neighborhood District (L-M-N) zone district and is subject to Planning and Zoning Board (Type 2) Review.

Proposal Details:

Renovate vacant and dilapidated 1950’s-era gas station for a BBQ restaurant.
Would include new sidewalks with street trees and repaving the site for parking.
