Heather manages the Utilities Community Engagement team and brings a passion for customer-focused support and programming. Her background is in communication, education, and outreach, with over 10 years of local government experience for the City of Fort Collins and Larimer County.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Communication and a master’s degree in Journalism and Media Communication, both from Colorado State University. In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially outdoors. Her favorite activities include yoga, hiking, running, and reading.
