“Faithful neighboring develops the wisdom and compassion necessary for nothing less than the saving of civilization.”
Mitch often repeats this sentiment with no sense of hyperbole. Starting in his own neighborhood, he has worked to promote the value of neighboring across Fort Collins - assisting with Neighborhood Connections since it’s inception and leading a coalition of 21 local congregations to mobilize their members to love their actual neighbors. An expert story-teller, Mitch is valued for his ability to inspire people in a variety of contexts; from small groups to keynote messages for thousands. He works as a consultant in organizational health and leader development for Peak Solutions and serves on a variety of boards including the Governor’s Clergy Council, the Colorado State Stadium Advisory Group, Serve 6.8, and the Coloradoan Newspaper.
