Starting in his own neighborhood, he has worked to promote the value of neighboring across Fort Collins - assisting with Neighborhood Connections since it’s inception and leading a coalition of 21 local congregations to mobilize their members to love their actual neighbors. An expert story-teller, Mitch is valued for his ability to inspire people in a variety of contexts; from small groups to keynote messages for thousands. He works as a consultant in organizational health and leader development for Peak Solutions and serves on a variety of boards including the Governor’s Clergy Council, the Colorado State Stadium Advisory Group, Serve 6.8, and the Coloradoan Newspaper.
