Andy Bass

Andy Bass has served as the Director of Community Services for the City of Chandler, Arizona, since 2019. He has over fifteen years of experience in public administration and nine years of experience as a director. Andy started his career in parks and recreation in 2006 with the City of Midland, Texas. Since then, he held director-level roles in parks, recreation, and community services with the Town of Bayfield and the City of Cortez in Colorado, as well as the City of Sugarland, Texas, and Reno, Nevada. Andy received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado and his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Utah. He is a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional (CPRP).
