Who's Listening

Heather focuses on community engagement for the City of Fort Collins and brings a passion for customer-focused support and programming. Her background is in communication, education, and outreach, with over 15 years of local government experience for the City of Fort Collins and Larimer County. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Communication and a master’s degree in Journalism and Media Communication, both from Colorado State University.
