Final Concept Designs (March 2026)

The schematic design concepts for the Rolland Moore Tennis Complex and the Playground site have been informed by existing site conditions and community input.

The new design for the Tennis Complex features a new pro-shop with restrooms, expanded seating, shade, upgraded court surfacing and lighting, all with accessibility in mind. The complex will also include two additional full-size tennis courts, a practice wall area and reconfigured sand volleyball courts.

The new playground design offers a host of new play features including play towers, zip-line, a water misting station, pollinator garden, sand play area, a small bike feature, a maze and an opportunity to provide climbing and slides along the existing hillside. The new design also provides the opportunity to relocate the trail around the south side of the playground and enhance accessible play.
