Fort Collins Connexion officially launched on August 29, 2019. Connexion continues to light up new neighborhoods on a weekly basis. The Connexion team will notify residents and businesses directly as soon as service is available to order.
Sales Door Hanger - Unless you have a no soliciting sign, you will receive a sales door hanger notifying you that service is available.
Email - You will receive an email notification (if we have a valid email address on file.) Visit fcconnexion.com/residential to register your address and current email.
Postcard - We will mail a postcard to your home address.
How Do I Sign Up?
Once you are notified directly that service is available at your residence or business, you can call Customer Care at 970-212-2900 or go to fcconnexion.com to sign up and schedule your installation.
Construction
Full network construction is ongoing. Residents can expect to see City crews along with the City approved contractor, Atlantic Engineering Group (AEG), installing fiber in neighborhoods around Fort Collins. Full build-out to the entire city limits will take the next 36 to 48 months.

Update, 1 p.m. Thursday:Connexion unveiled residential pricing on its newly launched website Thursday afternoon, keeping its promise of sharing pricing before the launch party. Leaders had said on Wednesday that pricing would be available soon after the launch.
